By placing an order on Daisi Boutique, you are implying you are the appropriate legal age of majority in your province of residence to form a binding contract, and you are confirming that all the information you have provided in relation to your order is accurate and true.

Prior to Daisi Boutique’s acceptance of your order, verification of information may be required. Receiving a receipt and/or order confirmation of your order does not guarantee Daisi Boutique accepts your order. We reserve the right at any time to accept or refuse your order and any other requests made by you for any reason whatsoever. Daisi Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to you without any prior notification.

In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, incorrect availability, or any other incorrect information, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed under the incorrect information, regardless of whether the order has been processed or not. If your order contains an item with an incorrect price and is subsequently cancelled and payment has already been made for the purchase, Daisi Boutique will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price. Daisi Boutique reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered for any reason whatsoever.

The risk of loss and title for all purchased product(s) by you passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Payment

Daisi Boutique accepts the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For a faster checkout experience, you can create a Daisi Boutique account and save your payment method.

All products on our website are listed and charged in Canadian dollars (CAD). All customers will see “SP *DBOUTIQUE” as the statement descriptor next to their order to ensure their privacy.

Daisi Boutique does not share your credit card information with any unauthorized third parties, for more information regarding your personal information and how it is used please review our Privacy Policy.

Shipping & Mis-Ships

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your order. Most orders are shipped the following business day with a standard delivery time of 2 to 7 business days. All orders are shipped in industry standard unmarked boxes via British Columbia Canada through tracked mail carriers, such as Canada Post and UPS. Presently, we only ship within Canada. If your order contained an incorrect shipping address, please notify us with the correct address as soon as possible. We can only make changes to your shipping address prior to the shipping of your order. We cannot offer a refund for a mis-shipped order if you notify us after the order has already been shipped to the original address associated with the order. If a mis-shipment of your order is as a result of our error, we will refund the shipping cost.

We try our best to ensure your order arrives on time and without any discrepancies, however, we cannot always avoid delays that are out of our control (weather, logistics, seasonal busy periods, etc). Daisi Boutique cannot be held liable for these delays or any packages that are lost or stolen.

Damaged & Defective Merchandise

Customers are responsible to verify that the contents of their order are correct and confirm there are no damaged or defective item(s) upon receipt. If an order arrives damaged or contains a defective item(s), you must retain the original box the item(s) arrived in so a formal report can be filed with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective item(s), you are eligible for either a refund or a re-shipment of your item(s). All claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

A damaged order can include, but is not limited to:

  • Order arriving opened
  • Missing contents
  • Damage to the item(s) rendering it defective

A defective item can include, but is not limited to:

  • damage to product exterior
  • won't charge
  • won't turn on or off
  • won't change modes

Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept any returns or provide any refunds unless an item is defective. Our policy is firm for health and safety reasons. Any product that is designed to come into contact with any body parts or any bodily fluids does not qualify for return and is considered non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

If an item(s) you received is defective, you must send us an email with your name, order number, and photographic/video evidence within 7 days of receiving your order. Once an item is proven to be defective and the returned item(s) are received by our warehouse, you will either receive a refund credited back to the original payment method or be re-shipped a replacement item(s).

All returns and refunds require pre-authorization, no exceptions made. Email us at support@daisiboutique.com, ATTN: Return Request with all the necessary information to receive your return authorization number (RA Number). Any packages received without an RA Number will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us via a tracked mail carrier. We do not reimburse for the cost of postage required to return your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable, exceptions are only made in cases where our error caused a mis-ship or return.

Daisi Boutique is unable to accept returns for the following, but not limited to, reasons:

  • Used merchandise is not eligible for return for obvious health and safety reasons
  • Damaged packaging
  • Any articles of clothing including lingerie, latex, costumes, or harnesses
  • Merchandise that is missing components, accessories, or any other piece included in the original condition
  • Merchandise that is not in the manufacturer original packaging
  • Any product with an expiration date such as personal lubricants, stimulants, topicals, and contraceptives
