How to clean my toys?

To keep your toys like new we recommend you clean them before and after every play session using an antibacterial toy cleaner and warm water.

What is the difference between water and silicone based lubricants?

Water based lubricants are a great all around lube because they can be used with all kinds of toys. Gentle on your skin with many having a hypoallergenic formula. Easily washes away without leaving any stains or residue. Not recommended for water play.

Silicone based lubricants are long lasting and thick for more glide. They require less reapplication making silicone lubes ideal for extended sessions and water play. They can stain fabrics and damage silicone based toys over time. Hard to wash away and will leave stains and residue.

Oil based lubricants are longer lasting then water based lubes with a thicker consistency that is ideal for masturbation, unprotected penetrative sex, and water play. Not safe to use with most condoms so always check the instructions. Hard to wash away and will leave a residue.

Hybrid based lubricants are a blend of water and silicone based formulas. They will last longer then a water based lube but not be as thick as a silicone lube. Ideal for masturbation, protected penetrative sex, and safe to use with many sex toy. Easily washes away without leaving any stains or residue.

Can I use my toys in the shower/bath?

Before using any toy in the shower or bath, we highly recommend you carefully read the care instructions of that specific toy. If the instructions say the toy is "splash-proof", you should not take it into the shower/bath. However, if the toy is "waterproof" you are safe to use it during water play.

How can I tell if a toy is anal safe?

Anal safe toys are designed to have a flared base to ensure you don't "lose" the toy inside you during play. To avoid any unnecessary trips to the hospital we highly recommend only using toys with a flared base for anal play.

Do you offer warranty on your products?

We carry a variety of brands that each set their own warranty policies. As per our guidelines we abide by the warranty policies we receive from each brand.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept the use of PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay wallets.

Will my order be discreetly billed?

All orders from Daisi Boutique are billed discreetly and will show up as DBOUTIQUE on your statement to ensure your privacy.

What currency can I shop in?

Since we currently only ship within Canada we only accept CAD currency.

Will Daisi Boutique store my credit card information?

Any personal information, including credit card information, is kept only for as long as it is required to fulfill your order. We use 3rd party payment processing centers that utilize the highest security standards in the Canadian marketplace to give you peace of mind over your online purchases at Daisi Boutique.

Shipping and Tracking

Will my order be discreetly shipped?

All orders from Daisi Boutique are shipped in plain packaging with discreet shipping labels to ensure your privacy.

How much is shipping?

Canada: Free standard shipping on all orders $130 or over. Otherwise, shipping is $8 on orders from $50 - $129.99 and $15 on orders $49.99 or less.

If you require a faster delivery you have the option at checkout to choose Priority or Expedited shipping for an additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently do not ship internationally. As of now, we are only shipping within Canada. We have plans to expand our shipping options in the future.

How can I track my order?

You will be sent an email with the tracking details once your order has been completed, verified, and shipped. Your tracking information will be sent to the email you provided during checkout.

You can easily track your orders progress by logging into your Daisi Boutique account and reviewing the section titled Order History.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return my product?

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept any returns or provide any refunds unless an item is proven defective. Our policy is firm for health and safety reasons. Any product that is designed to come into contact with any body parts or any bodily fluids does not qualify for return and is considered non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

What if an item is defective?

If an item you received is defective, send us an email with your name, order number, and photographic/video evidence within 7 days of receiving your order. A defective product will include, but is not limited to, the following issues:

  • damage to product exterior
  • won't charge
  • won't turn on or off
  • won't change modes

If your product is defective in any other way, please let us know and we will investigate further.

Can I modify/cancel my order?

Orders placed on Daisi Boutique are processed and labelled immediately to ensure the quickest possible delivery for our customers. Once placed, orders and shipping information cannot be modified or canceled.
